About the Online Roster:
The Salty Sisters Online Roster was created from the content in your Member Handbook. It is designed to be an adjunct to the Handbook in that: 1) It is available to you wherever you have an internet connection; and 2) It is regularly updated with the latest information available vs. once per year for the printed version. The default Listing is alphabetical by Last Name and contains only limited member information. In order to see a Member’s complete record, select Click to View under the Details header. This will open a new Window with all the Member’s information from the Handbook, arranged by topic for display (e.g. Contact information or Offices held).
Searching and Sorting:
The Roster also provides limited searching and sorting functionality. We have a large of number of members and many pages are required to list them all. The Search provides a convenient way to quickly narrow down the list. Here are on tips on how to do this:
- To locate a specific member’s listing, select Last Name from the drop-down under Search and then enter the name, for example Smith. The listing will now be limited to Smith. You can also use the wild card s* to locate all records that have a last name starting with s.
- You can search on any of the Header Fields. For example, you can find all members of a Class (e.g. 97) or members who were born in a particular month (e.g. Sep). To limit the list to Lifetime members, select that field and enter Yes; you can use the same strategy to get a list of Past Captains.
The Sort Order can be changed from the default Ascending to Descending.
